New features in Servarena 2

New Controls:

Gravity, Speed, Knock Back, Min Ping, Max Ping, Private Clients

Removed Controls:

Start server from a batch file checkbox and prefix commands with seta.
These were both used to test problems in earlier versions and are no
	longer needed

Cycle maps. Now if you have more than one maps selected, the maps
	will cycle automatically.

Limits tab. Since most of these settings are now specified for each
	map, I removed this tab.

Map preview window. The thumbnail preview is now placed on the maps
	tab.

Changed Controls:

"Disable pure server" checkbox has been renamed to "Pure server".

Another master server text box has been added. If you are upgrading
from an older version (1.xx) of Servarena, you will want to check this
right away. You will proabably have the first two text boxes specifying
master0.gamespy.com. The intention is for the first field to be
populated with the Id server (since the game documentation that came with
Q3A was incorrect). The Id server is at master3.idsoftware.com. If you
want your dedicated server to report to this master server, be sure to
enter this in one of the master server fields.

Replaced the "Include config file" text box with a drop-down list of
all the .cfg files stored in your baseq3 folder, with the exception of a
couple files that might cause a conflict (srvarena.cfg, q3config.cfg, etc.)

New Features:

Gravity, Speed, Knockback, Time limit, Frag limit, and Capture limit are now
	specified for each map.

Map preview window now appears in the center of the maps tab.

Map data is now stored in a data file rather than the registry.

Map information now includes a field for entering the map name rather than
	just a file name.

New minimum and maximum ping settings give you some control over the type
of connections you allow on your server. Suggested use: Set Max ping to
100 and leave Min ping at 0 (or blank) to allow only high-speed clients to
join -or- set Min ping to 100 and Max ping to 0 (or blank) to allow only
modem users (or folks with a higher than average ping) to join.

Bug report link. Now you can link to the new bug report form at
	quake3world to report bugs.

Syntax checking. Servarena will now check to make sure that you don't
enter invalid information in many of the fields. For instance, if you
set the maximum players to 6, you will be warned if you set the number of
	private clients above 6.

Pop-up menu in the available maps list. This menu includes options for
adding, editing, selecting, and deleting maps.

Enhancements:

The program window is now a little wider, allowing for more controls on
	each tab.

The status window is now fully animated. This is not a requirement for
the program, but it sure makes for a nifty interface. ;-)

I have now used a lot frames to group the controls. This makes the
	interface appear less cluttered.

Added a lot more context-senstive help. Throughout the program, you
will find better descriptions of the controls displayed in the status
window. I also included some help to the map window, and the auto-bot
	selection area.

Servarena will now check to see if you are attempting to use it with the
demo version of Q3A (which is not supported).

When you select a text field (Time limit, Server Name, etc.) the current
text in that field becomes highlighted, making it easier to change
	settings.
