the Hand of Quad
=================
yeah okay, its a cheesy bit of ascii, but i like it.

the Hand of quad is a program to make connecting to your
 favourite games' servers, online or on a LAN.

It has special 'magic' that lets you click a link in Internet
 explorer and it will automaticcly pop-up and give the current
 info on that server, and then another click and your connected.*

Although this only works in IE (4+), it doesnt work in netscape.
 but the same effect can be achived by click 'open this file'
 instead of saving it (or you can save it and build up a directory
 of servers).

*provided you have the game/server isnt full/server exists etc...

how do i use it?
=================
whe you runt he program, a little ahnd will appear in your system
 tray, right click it to see a list of things to do. for each plugin
 there will be a menu item, leading ont o servers you've already
 been to, and the chance to manually enter an address.

the other options are pretty self-explanatory.

Features
=================
Amongst the obvious (it connects you to servers) it does these
 *wonderfull* things:

	o sits in your system tray
	o takes up v. little in resources
	o cooks, cleans & washes!
	o plugins for the latest games can be easily added and removed.
	o cool & clean look

Bug List
=================
the [inevitable] bugs:

	o Half-life plugin doesnt give out the stats properly yet
	  (but it still tells you wether the server is up or not)
	o number of players sometimes screwed up

Trouble shooting
=================
Only 1 problem of note so far:

* Crashes upon startup with a kernal.dll error:
try removing individual plugins until you find the culprit
 (not sure why but sometimes the plugins get currupted)

* Player number screwed up
wait. then click refresh.
