Title: Cathedral Remix

Game : Unreal Tournament Deathmatch

Author : Aaron 'Lastie' Last - remixed by Petrus

Description : I am hoping Aaron doesn't mind me having done this, but when I downloaded this map I thought it sucked more than the proverbial vacuum cleaner on anabolic steroids, so I felt compelled to mount a salvage operation. Granted, it probably doesn't suck much less now...this is the first map I've ever done anything to...but I completely redid both the lighting and bot pathing from scratch...also did a little zoning where it was needed, which I think managed to speed things up a bit. It plays one hell of a lot better now than it did when I first downloaded it, anywayz. It isn't an architectural marvel, but if you want a level which is bot friendly and will give you some intense fragging, then this will satisfy. I went to unreal.epicgames.com and went through Steve Polge's notes on the AI and also made some structural modifications to make the map more bot friendly, as I said.

(For the record, I don't consider this an additional level. I also don't think that a level as bad as what this one initially was should have been released, so IMHO modification is fully justified. I am also not making any money from this/commercially exploiting it as said below.)
