Strike Force members wear counter-terrorist tactical gear, while
the Terrorists wear custom military BDU's. Within each team, there
are specialists who can be recognized from the subtle variations

Identity: Jackson, Elias I.
Age: 30
Service Record: U.S. Army; U.S
Airborne; 75th Rangers, Bravo Company
Biography: Crusader was born
a Ranger. His father served with the 75th in Vietnam in two
tours of duty, as well as jumping in Grenada in 83, and was
ultimately killed in Panama in 1989. Elias joined the same
year, quickly taking up his father’s quest and joining
the 75th himself. Crusader has participated in every Ranger
offensive since then, including combat drops in Desert Storm
and spearheading a breakout assault of the 90 trapped Rangers
of Task Force Ranger in Somalia in 93.
Jackson has taken the name of Crusader partially in memory
of his father and from the strong faith fostered in him by
his mother. He is the epitome of the Ranger ideal: a true
survivor, Crusader can shake off seemingly grievous wounds
and keeps a cool head under fire. His weapon of choice remains
his tried and true Colt M4a1.

Identity: Lacroix, Franc E.

Biography: The words "gung-ho"
can scarcely begin to describe Gideon. Growing up in the terrorist-ridden
climate of his native Algiers, Lacroix dedicated himself to
the eradication of those who would subvert the weak. He joined
the Algerian Army, working his way steadily into their elite
anti-terrorist unit, the Ninjas.
After being wounded in combat during a skirmish with rebels,
he joined the Algerian GIGN, his dedication undiminished.
He is a battle-worn commando and counter-terrorist who will
do anything to get the job done. Gideon is large in talent,
experience and even larger in mouth, leading his team by example
as he blasts away with the most potent weapon he can get his
hands on.

Codename: Jim Lee
Identity: Lee, James X.
Age: 24
Service Record: Hong Kong Police
Department, Special Duties Unit
Biography: Jim Lee is one tough
cop. Although he is the youngest member of Strike Force, he
is already highly decorated for his dedication and remarkable
service record. Getting his start in the Hong Kong Harbor
Patrol, Lee single-handedly captured a boat full of heroin
when his partner was injured in an ambush.
He was promptly promoted to the Counter-Terrorism and Internal
Security Division, where he led daring - some would say foolhardy
- raids on numerous smugglers’ dens. He has a rock star’s
attitude, supremely confident and flashy, but has a head for
tactics and an amazing survival instinct. Most unorthodox
is his affection for handguns, reminiscent of Hong Kong’s
action theatre stars, which has earned him the nickname of
"Cowboy" from his compatriots. Lee is proficient
with submachine guns as well.

Identity: Faveau, Johan Emmanuel
Age: 28

Biography: A son of a diplomat,
Faveau rebelled against his father and joined the GIGN in
1987, entering as a communications specialist. In 1990, while
in Morocco on a political visit, the senior Faveau was killed
by a car bombing intended for another official. Johan was
devastated, and requested transfer to the counter-terrorism
unit.
His first mission was the fateful standoff at Marseilles
Airport in December 1994. He was wounded in the dramatic raid,
his leg nearly being torn off by a grenade thrown inside the
plane. Since recovering, Johan has dedicated himself to perfecting
his skill and exacting revenge for the death of his father.
As a result, his accuracy with handguns and his utter determination
are both uncanny.

Identity: Fatal, Mohamed M.
Age: 41
Service Record: Egyptian Army
Unit 777 "Al-Saiqa"
Biography: Phelps is the perfect
team leader for Strike Force. A 23-year veteran of the Egyptian
armed forces, he has fought in nearly every sort of theatre,
against nearly every sort of opponent imaginable. Enjoying
a successful early career after getting out of boot, Fatal
joined Unit 777 at its inception in 1978, where he has remained
ever since. Fatal adopted his unusual handle in honor of a
sergeant who helped him quickly rise through the ranks.
“Phelps” left his command of the 777 to join Strike
Force, mostly at the behest of the United Nations. His tactical
genius is unmatched, having been forged in the fires of countless
combat encounters, and he reacts to change with sweeping and
novel strategic innovations - a necessity for Strike Force’s
team leader. He is versed in the use of all weapons but is
particularly skilled with submachine guns, especially the
MP5.

Identity: Riggs, Robert J.
Age: 39
Service Record: New Zealand Special
Air Service (NZSAS)
Biography: Riggs is the most
experienced of all of Strike Force’s members - he can
scarcely remember a time that he wasn’t fighting rebels,
guerrillas or terrorists in the last 15 years. Most of his
operations are still classified, but it is known that he is
qualified in all three of the NZSAS’s theatres of operation:
Boat, Air and Mountain.
His easygoing nature makes him well liked by all the Strike
Force members, but don’t let that fool you - Riggs is
a consummate professional. His broad range of experience is
reflected in his arms proficiency; though he favors assault
rifles, he is also well trained in the use of heavy and mounted
weapons, operating in assault or support roles equally well.

Identity: Lancaster, Byron W.
Age: 35

Biography: Byron W. Lancaster,
known as Winter to the Strike Force team, is the penultimate
spy. Lancaster joined M16 at the height of the Cold War in
the mid-80s, where he gathered intelligence on suspected defectors
and moles to the Soviets. Winter quickly bored of this and
transferred into the SAS. He used his skills to collect data
on IRA operations in Northern Ireland, and worked alongside
one William McNabbet - now known as the terrorist Thorton
- in Loughall. His operating procedure and skills are a mirror
to his training. He acts as the team’s vehicular specialist
and also provides team support with his unmatched skill with
sniper rifles.

Identity: Walker, Samuel C.
Age: 29

Security Team (FAST)
Biography: Cinder is not your
standard counter-terrorist. After joining the Marines (but
intent on continuing on to college) he was elected to join
the elite FAST teams, and here he found his calling. Walker
is a specialist in responding to countless crisis situations
across the world, from Africa to Kosovo to Kashmir.
And though is he is not your typical counter-terrorist, he
is nonetheless strong, highly intelligent and utterly lethal
in combat. Cinder acts as the SF teams security and hostage
rescue specialist, planning entry and escape routes to move
and cover hostages and sensitive materials. He is highly skilled
in urban combat as well, and utilizes small arms with a universal
- and deadly - efficiency.

Biography: Men such as "Sanders"
are the post-Communist worlds worst nightmare. A former lieutenant
in Russia’s elite Spetsnaz, he went AWOL to join Russia’s
newest and most lucrative enterprise - terrorism. He has been
intimately tied with the Russian Mafia in the past, dabbling
in black marketeering, extortion, assassination, theft of
military cargo and bombings of public officials homes.
Most recently, he has sold his skills to the Zviadist terrorist
group in his native Georgia. Sanders abilities with a sniper
rifle are renowned throughout Eastern Europe and Russia, earning
him the reputation of "Ruka Smyerta" - or the Hand
of Death with comrades and enemies alike.

Biography: Born Juan Fediero,
Adam is no stranger to revolution. At the age of 14, Adam
joined Shining Path rebels in his homeland of Peru, distributing
propaganda to rural villages to build support. Young Juan
quickly rose through the ranks thanks to a ferocious intellect
and keen eye, and within two years, he was distributing weapons
to Shining Path factions across South America.
In 1992, Juan joined the militant Tupac Amaru Revolutionary
Movement as a strategist under the alias “Adam”;
rumor has it that it was he who engineered the 4-month siege
of the Peruvian Japanese Embassy in 1997. He is highly intelligent
and calculating, and supports his comrades with heavy and
mounted weapons in combat.

Known History: Triad boss, smuggler,
hitman
Biography: Not much is known
about Xin, but it can be certain that his life has been one
of crime. Getting his start as a pistol duelist in Shanghai
pit fights at age 13, he was recruited by Triad drug smugglers
as a runner. Xin’s ruthless nature served him well as
he double-dealt and extorted his way to the top of the Bangkok
Triad operations.
He entered the terrorism arena almost accidentally; during
a raid on a rival Yakuza warehouse, he scored 50 kilos of
cocaine, 200 illegal assault rifles - plus a Russian nuclear
warhead. The profit that he reaped from this sale on the black
market created an insatiable urge for more. To this day, his
uncanny skill and accuracy with pistols is undiminished, making
him a terrifying foe in battle.

Biography: Once a loyal agent
of the British SAS, Thorton was a top operative in service
to her Majesty. He spearheaded numerous operations in Northern
Ireland and across Great Britain against IRA terrorism, earning
many decorations and commendations. Thorton’s career
took a fatal turn, however, during Operation: Flavius in 1998,
when he and two other SAS agents were indicted in the execution
of 3 suspected IRA terrorists.
Though he was eventually acquitted, he never recovered from
the disgrace that he suffered, and turned his rage on the
empire that he once had so proudly served. Thorton is currently
suspect in 13 assassinations of ranking SAS and UK officials.
He is highly motivated, cunning and uses small arms and pistols
with equal ease and efficiency.

Biography: Hakim, as he calls
himself, is a man hell-bent on revenge. Allegedly losing his
mother, wife and son to the American bombings of Libya during
Operation: El Dorado Canyon in the mid-80s, he vowed revenge
on the West. Hakim has worked with numerous North African
and Middle Eastern terrorist organizations, including the
AIG and, most recently, Jamaat Ul-Fuqra in their operations
in the United States and Caribbean. He is an expert at urban
and close quarters combat, submachine guns being his weapon
of choice.

Biography: Midnight is as shadowy
as his namesake. All the data that we have compiled on him
shows only a record of suspected involvement in numerous gangland
executions in North America. Regardless of our ignorance of
his past, we can be positive of his efficiency in combat.
Silent and stealthy, his actions in combat betray the training
and methodology of a superb assassin. Midnight is equally
deadly with pistols and sniper rifles alike, making him a
treacherous foe at any range.

Known History: Indicted in various
massacres across Africa
Biography: Mr. Anarchy is a butcher,
plain and simple. Megalomaniac and dangerous to the extreme,
he is wanted by the U.N. War Crimes tribunal for suspected
involvement in African civil wars and massacres during the
last decade, from Somalia to Rwanda to Congo. Exceedingly
aggressive in combat, he seems to operate on a purely instinctual
level rather than a tactical one, blazing away with automatic
rifles in close quarters. Combine that with his alleged meglomania
and you have the makings of a very dangerous opponent indeed.

Age: 27
Known History: Basque Fatherland
and Liberty (ETA), Revolutionary Peoples Liberation Party/Front
Biography: Phoenix has dedicated
his life to the people, by any means necessary. All too often,
the ends have justified means that have hurt and killed innocent
people in his misguided quest. Joining his father in the ETA
in Spain in 1988, Miguel acted in exceptionally violent ways
against government officials, bombing and shooting in public
squares full of civilians.
When the ETA called a unilateral cease-fire in 1997, he left
the group in disenchantment to fight with the RPLPF in Turkey,
utilizing his skill at arms as a ‘soldier of the People.’
His training reflects a militaristic background; Phoenix primarily
uses assault rifles in the field, though he is also versed
in the use of mounted weapons as well.
