LEGAL GARBAGE:
--------------

This program is freeware, and may be distributed anywhere and in any form. Feel free to decompile, reverse engineer, copy, or imitate this program. We encourage you to create dervivative works based upon it. We don't really care what you do with it, actually. It's so stupid, you see.

------------
HOW TO PLAY:
------------

Gameplay is easy. Simply click on 'New Game' and use the arrow keys to move the PC (you) left and right. The up key fires mice at the macs. Note that they will be firing at you at the same time. You must avoid the bolts-o-death fired by the macintoshes and the copyright blocks or you die. If you hit a mac it will die and fade into nothingness. In later levels, hitting a mac only once will cause it to grimace and continue firing at you. Hitting a copyright block has no effect, so you must avoid them by moving out of the way. Since you have 3 lives, you can continue at the same level (with the macs at full force) if you get hit, until your lives run out.

There are a few different powerups that you can get while playing the game. These will drop from the top of the screen looking like atoms. You will either recieve a shield, enabling you to get hit by a mac without dying, an extra life, or the macs will freeze. With this powerup, the macs will stop moving for about three seconds, allowing you to hit them more easily. Powerups are rare, however, so beware of the copyright blocks.

You will recieve 50 points for every mac you kill and 25 points is for a non-destructive hit. For every level you pass, you will be awarded 100 points. An average score is around 2500 and an excellent score is 3500 or above. (Note: using insane mode will result in high scores being about 1/10 of what they'd usually be. You've been warned.) Our personal high score is 5775 on easy, so drop us a line if you beat it.

KNOWN "FEATURES" (BUGS):
------------------------

- Macs, mice, and PC all flicker a bit on some systems.
- If you use a soft synth (like the ones from Yamaha), the game will take longer to start and will be more jerky than without a soft synth or with music disabled.
