The first time
you run Q2RFDi, it will try to retrieve your Q2 folder and it
will search for al the maps that are installed. This might
take a minute.
After the map processing, you'll see a tree with all your
maps.
If this isn't the case, than it means that Q2RFDi couldn't
find the Quake2 folder. You'll have to click the 'options'
button and type in the Quake2 path manually.
Your path must look like this:
'C:\quake2' or 'C:\progra~1\quake2'.
You just have to enter the path, no ending backslash and no
filename.
Once you did this, return to the main screen, by clicking
'Ok' and click 'Update Tree'.
You'll also
have to make sure the mod folders are correct. Go to
'Options' and enter the correct folder names of the mods. The
foldername of the EraserBot is by default 'eraser'.
Unlike the Quake2 path, you just have to enter the name of
the folder.
You should end up with something similar to this:
If you're connected to the internet via a proxy, you'll need to enter the correct settings. Check 'Use proxy' and enter the address and the port of the proxy. For more info about proxies, check your internet browser.
