Description:
  The PC will replace weapons with new weapons like, Shotgun, MP-5,
  chaingun and so on. The muton is replaced by the Tasoth.
  A civilian is replaced by a military officer with no weapons. 
  This PC should make the game more interesting and more lasting.

New as of v1.0:
  Heavy Plasma Rifle now visible on hand, Plasma pistol and Plasma Rifle
  replaced with new ones. New High Explosive. New stairs. New medi-kit.
  MP-5 fixed. A lot typos fixed. New type of ammo; Golden Bullet. A lot new
  text.

                        games. And X-Command to be the only to present you
                        this Partial Conversion.

*Important Information*

Installation:
  unpak in the X-COM\UFO directory, if you use pkunzip remember to use the
  "-d" option.

Important Notes:
Everything should work fine, however I have only tested this PC on
UFO: Enemy Unknown not on X-COM: UFO Defense.

I guess this is the final version of this, however I will have projects like
this with the other X-COMs.
