Enclosed in this archive is an latest version of 3dfx's ICD for the Voodoo3, according to ZipMatP. I have not tested this personally since I do not have a Banshee.

This from the man himself:

Okay, I've fixed the bug.
I've downloaded the last version of voodoo3 drivers and I've opened the *.exe file with WinZip. Then I've extracted the 3dfxOGL.dll in the Q3Radiant dir and renamed it to opengl32.dll. I've made a Zip file that I've send to Mad Dog: He
certainly put it on his site.
File size: 486 KB
Banshee owners are saved!
Hurrah!
-ZipMatP

Again, I can't personally vouch for use of this file (no offense meant to ZipMatP). So this is at your own risk, of course.

If and only if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. You are running a Voodoo Banshee
2. You want to run a version of Radiant (QER, Q3R, KPRAD, etc)
3. When you try, you don't see gridlines or you see other visual anomalies
4. You know how to browse folders and move files
5. You won't blame me for anything that could go wrong

...then feel free to give this a try.

What you want to do is copy the enclosed OPENGL32.DLL to the same folder as the Radiant executable. DO NOT OVERWRITE THE VERSION IN \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ !!!!

This is intended as a stopgap temporary fix, and hopefully 3dfx will release new drivers which will address the Radiant visual anomaly problem. If you install newer drivers, move this old version of the ICD to where Radiant can't find it, and try running again. If all is well then you may not need this file any more.

Good luck and let me know how it goes!
