********* MAKE SURE YOU EXTRACT THE FILES CORRECTLY******

Extract the contents of the ZIP file to the base directory of SinEd. If you followed the installation instructions for SinEd, this would be "c:\tools\Sin\base\".

Once extracted, the files should be in the right locations. The MAP and SCR files should be under "c:\tools\Sin\base\maps". The ramp.txt file should be under "c:\tools\Sin\base\scripts".

The ramp.txt file is the SurfaceFile, and is necessary if you want to compile the MAP as-is. If you did this correctly, you should be able to compile the map without any further alterations. The entire map should be well-lit, except the area under the control tower. That area is dark as hell.

********* RAMP OPERATION **********

Three main control panels handle the ramps operation. There shouldn't be a problem finding them, so here is what they do:

1. The control panel near the SpawnPoint toggles the open/close of the ramp. This allows access to the control tower. The screen on the right displays tiny, unreadable text when the ramp is in operation.

2. The control panel in the tower is actually TWO control panels in one. The RIGHT side of the panel controls the open/close of the ramp just like the panel on the floor below.

3. The LEFT side of the panel is the "ramp lockout". This basically locks the ramp in its current position and prevents it from being operated by either control panel. The lockout MUST be disabled before the ramp can resume normal operation. The small screen on the left of the panel will read "LOCKED" when the ramp is locked-out. Otherwise the screen is blank.

******* OTHER STUFF **************

This was also one of my first attempts at scripting, so my comments throughout the script aren't very helpful. I also didn't spend alot of time shaping brushes or applying the textures "just right". This was just an experiment, and I figured the end-user may change the textures and surrounding walls anyway. So feel free to modify this any way you want. A word of caution though: modifications to the ramp or hydraulics may result in erratic operation if you're not careful.
