If you need any futher help, don't hesitate to contact me.

How to install the entity files for:

Qoole

Qoole 99

WorldCraft

Qoole

Copy the mappack.ent file from the entity folder that came with Mappack into your Qoole directory.

Now load Qoole and goto the options menu and click on 'entity set'

Now from the browse window select the Mappack.ent file and hopefully a new menu should appear in the select entity button called Mappack, with all the Mappack entities in it.

Qoole 99

This works with the Qoole 99 beta version 22, NOT any earlier versions of the beta, get the latest copy of Qoole from either Qoole: Persuit of Perfection or from the official Qoole site here.

Ok, heres how to use the Mappack entities in Qoole 99:

  1. Copy the mappack.ent file from the entity sets folder where you installed Mappack to a ents sub-dir of your Qoole 99 directory
  2. Next, go into your Qoole 99 directory and open the text file "GameSets.txt" in a text editor like notepad
  3. Add the following line into the file just under the declaration for the Battle of the Sexes entities

    Mappack,                Quake 2,    mappack.ent,    quake2.pal

  4. Save the file and then load up Qoole.
  5. When selecting the game to edit for, choose Quake 2 and then in the second pulldown menu, select Mappack

WorldCraft

Make a backup of your quake2.fgd first, then copy the quake2.fgd file supplied with mappack into your worldcraft directory, overwriting the existing one.

HOPEFULLY this will work :)
