=========================================================================== Title : Dogfight v1.2c Date Finished : 7/27/97 Author : Brian Kiser E-mail Address : kiser@earthlink.net Callsign : Renfield Description : This level utilizes my favorite part about Descent: Dogfighting. There's no twisting tunnels in this level, just a main room with a block in the middle (for dodging homing missiles and the like) Each starting point has a different weapon for the most part (there aren't 8 different primary weapons so I had to use quad 4's a few times), and there aren't many missiles, only a few homers lying around here and there, so use them wisely! Oh, and another thing: I would advise you to get the heck out of those starting areas ASAP, unless you want to be a Descent-cabob! Also, the homers tend to regen near the reactor. Watch that door! :) New in version 1.2c : Changed music Compiled as HOG file Aligned textures better Refined reactor and xit placement 1.2b : Finally put in Homing Missiles Added reactor and exit Hopefully fixed starting point bug Mission Objective : To improve and show off your dogfighting skills. =========================================================================== Level # : 1 Single Player : No (ya gonna dogfight yourself?) Co-Op : No (I wouldn't even recommend Team Anarchy) Anarchy : Yes (that's what it was made for!) Note : I recommend 2-3 players. There are 8 starts, but keep in mind that this is a small level, and can get very crowded very soon. But, it may still be fun with more players, you try it! Known Bugs : Music doesn't loop right. Anyone who can fix this PLEASE contact me! * Construction * Base : New level from scratch Build Time : A few hours (4 or 5?)
