This is the much maligned !!D2MEGA!! level which is very popular on Kali 
but would crash with the new 1.1 patch. I ran it trough Devil2.1g and it 
now works. Cleared the door[0] in gamesave.c error.

Also added Flag support. And Energy centers in the 3 door tube.

It runs fine now on my P90/24Mb system.

Everything else, Starts, Robots, Powerups are all the same.
