Title : Cop The Flak
Filename : flak2001.zip
Version : Qexpo 2001 version
Date : 21st of July 2001
Author : Russell 'Krust' Hayward
Email : rkhayward@iprimus.com.au
Credits : Directly, I owe FrikaC, Tomaz, and Evil_Lair
a shite load for their collective contributions
to this effort. Evil's textures, Frika's bots and
Tomaz's engine all contributed to make this map
look and play as it does. Without these three
contributors I would never have made this level.

Indirectly, but no less importantly, I owe the
crew from #openquake at irc.telefragged.com, the
	regulars who visit www.telefragged.com/openquake,
the team I worked with on After The Fall, Painrift
and Entron, the whole damn Quake community rocks. CocoT
	for setting up the QExpo.

Extra thanks to illusion and MrG for making the
Open-Quake website possible. Good old telefragged.com
	for hosting us.

And of course.... id Software and John Carmack,
they are my favourite corporate entity, bar none.

Description of the Modification
-------------------------------

This level aims to show off the enhancements made with
the quake engine over the last year, thanks to John
Carmack's generous release of the source code.

Long live Quake.

How to Install the Modification
-------------------------------

Unzip this zip file into your Quake directory.

You will need to have both TomazQuake1.45 and FrikBot installed.

You can download both these from the following web sites.....

http://tomaz.quakesrc.org/
http://www.inside3d.com/frikbot/

Create a shortcut to the tq145.exe that was installed into your Quake directory.

Right click on the shortcut and add this line to your 'target' window...

'-game frikbot -listen 8 +map FLAK2001'

If you hit the 'b' button, it should add a FrikBot to the level,
provided you are using the config.cfg that is included in the .zip.

If you hit tilda (to bring down console) and type in 'loadsky jfisher' then the
skybox will look good too.

Put your favourite mp3 into this directory >>> /quake/frikbot/music/

rename it to track00.mp3 and tq145.exe will automatically play it during the game.
