Cochlear Avulsion

A small single player Quake map built for Retrojam 4, in the style of Quake's
fourth episode: http://celephais.net/board/view_thread.php?id=61248

Built for WinQuake 1.09, but also tested in Quakespasm 0.90.1.

Not until this jam started did I realize some of my strongest, fondest memories
of Quake are from Sandy Petersen maps, in particular The Elder God Shrine, The
Pain Maze, and Azure Agony.

Although the terms of this jam offered some flexibility, I decided to challenge
myself with a pseudo-purist approach. Nothing as extreme as using editors from
1996, but still insisting on no colored lighting, no fog, no skyboxes, r_speeds
of about 450 tops, world-aligned textures, and of course an architectural style
matching Sandy's to the best of my ability. Hopefully the result serves as a
suitable homage.
