Overview
-----------------------------

When I first started working with QuakeC, I looked around and found a
couple of updated compilers, which were supposed to be more efficient. One
of the side effects of using these compilers such as FTEQCC or FrikQCC
was with the new compilers detected additional warnings which weren't
present with the original id Software QCC. As I am very detail oriented, this
was rather annoying.

As it turns out, others were aware of this issue, as well as a few bugs which
existed in the original id QC code. The problem for the average QC coder was
that each of these were tutorials residing on less than well known websites,
which required a little sluething in order to find. So I decided to add them
together into a solid codebase, add a little commenting and formating, and
make it available as a download.

I started with id's QuakeWorld QC164 and then implemented the warning fixes
posted on noctrun's website. Since this was not directed toward QuakeWorld,
I had to apply fixes based on similar types of errors in different areas of the
code. Next I implemented most of the bug fixes listed in the Quake Info Pools
bug fix database. Finally I added some commenting and directory structure f
or the final product.

In reality, I can only take credit for is the packaging. The real work
was done by noctrun and QIP.

Known Bugs/Issues
-----------------------------

- A couple of the bug fixes listed at QIP were not implemented, as they
seemed to be insignificant. Feel free to run through the listing at QIP and
add them in if you like.
