qbsp and bspinfo DO NOT WORK YET

look in wad.cpp for explanation...

these Windows system calls have to be changed back to fopen() etc I think.

TODO: get wad.cpp or a substitute to compile
TODO: wad.cpp is the ONLY file left to get qbsp working

Windows support is probably broken atm; should add some #ifdefs I guess.
Prominent examples here are Windows header files, I have no idea which ones are needed.
Try keeping everything involving io.h out of this...
... the Makefile only supports Linux atm, too.

TODO: #define LOCK should get its #ifdef back. Grep for it.
TODO: Multithreading support in vis, IIRC Willem did that in his version.

ISTR that id already provided code for this - look at original qutils.

NB: The following files are not id's and hence not GPLed atm:

file.cpp
file.H
parser.cpp
parser.H
wad.cpp
wad.H

Those were added later. Incidentally, they are also the hardest to port.
They have no apparent license, which was all right at the time because
apparently id released the tools source twice, and the first one wasn't
under the GPL. The latest release (together with QCC etc) is GPLed and
thus it is obviously id's will to have the tools under the GPL.

Therefore these files should also be GPLed eventually
(they are part of the project and reference GPL code, anyway).

Compiling both C and C++ files is done like this for now:

1. compile them all with g++
2. specify -fpermissive

NB: some files are used by bspinfo as well as qbsp (and others).

These files exist twice, in the respective source folders. This is
NOT a mistake, they are apparently different.

TODO: Put these doubles into common/ and make that work with
both qbsp and bspinfo. i.e. concatenate the double files and
put into common/.

TODO: Un-uglify qbsp.h... ie optimally remove it

TODO: Include .lit file creation and colored lights.
