  of r1ch (http://www.r1ch.net/) and Snake.

  creation.

- Fixed bug where an entity's gravity value was not reset after
  respawing.

  from occurring.

- Fixed bug where player's 'hand' setting was not being updated
  (thanks LEDHEAD!).

- Fixed bug where (supposedly) muted bots could still speak.

- Fixed bug where bots would get stuck in a perpetual camping loop
  (not unlike certain players...).

- Fixed bug which caused server to crash during heavy bot loads.

-----------------------
v2.03 (10-March-2005)
-----------------------
- Added AwakenBots. These are a modified version of Maj.Bitch's BitchBots,
which are themselves based on Ponpoko's excellent 3ZB2 bots. Also added
commands for adding and removing them.

- Added new cvar: "allow_bots" determines if AwakenBots can be spawned on
  a server.

- Added new cvars: "bot_taunts", "bot_insults" and "bot_chats" to control
the playing of taunting animations, post-frag insults, and general chatting.

- Add new cvar "bots_camp" to control whether or not bots engage in lame
  camping behaviour.

- Using the "notarget" command (whilst running a cheat-enabled game) makes
  the bots ignore you.

- Setting all "have_[weapon]" cvars to 0 makes the player automatically spawn
  with the chainsaw in hand.

- BSP names in the map list file will now be ignored if the '//' characters
(without quotes) are placed in front of them. Eg. in the example list below,
the server will load q2dm1, then q2dm3:

  q2dm1
  //q2dm2
  q2dm3

NB: make sure there isn't a space between '//' and the BSP name.

- Similarly, filenames in the config list file will now be ignored if the '//'
characters (without quotes) are placed in front of them.

- The IP address of the connecting player is now included in the
"** Player : connection refused" messages sent to the console.

- Players with blank names or with the substring "[BOT]" in their name are
now told why they've been renamed to "Llama".

- The base speed of a func_door is now multiplied by 2, in keeping with the
original Q2 deathmatch code (thanks to LeRay for spotting this).

- Fixed various redundant configstring updates.

- Fixed empty modelindex problem (view_model and icon) for the off-hand grapple.

- Fixed redundant configstring update of the worldspawn item pickup name.

- Fixed empty model name in ThrowClientHead() that was used for Shock Rifle
  disintegrations.

- Fixed bug where an empty maplist file would result in the server trying to
load a non-existent BSP. The default map for this case is now 'q2dm1'.

- Fixed bug where players' grappling hooks didn't disappear when a level
  ended.

- Fixed bug where public player slots weren't cleared upon client
disconnection, leading to erroneous "server full" situations.

- Fixed bug where entity flags for a previous client (eg. god mode) were still
applied to a new client connecting in their slot.

- Fixed the "flying model" bug which occurred when entities in the body
  queue changed location.

- Fixed bug where a client using the 'playerlist' command with large numbers
of players could crash the server.

- Fixed bug where clients who used the 'op_slots' and 'op_iplist' commands on
a server that had a large 'maxclients' values would overflow.

- Fixed bug where clients who used the 'maplist' command on a server that had
a long map list would overflow.

- Prevented unnecessary attempts to link freed (ex-)tracer entities (some of
the physics functions were operating on entities that were no longer in use).

- Fixed bug where non-zero values for the cvars 'c4_timelimit' and
'traps_timelimit' would result in C4 and Traps being thrown backwards.

-----------------------
v2.02 (22-June-2004)
-----------------------
- Added new weapon: the Disc Launcher (plus associated cvars). Disc Launchers
can also be loaded into a map at run-time using the DL drop file.

- Added new weapon: the Chainsaw (plus associated cvars). Players always have
  one of these trusty companions.

- Implemented a secondary fire mode for ESG: holding down the fire button
causes spikes to be held in the chamber, up to a maximum of six. When the
firing button is released (or the maximum is reached), all spikes are fired
  simultaneously in a spread.

- Added VWep support for the Awakening II weapons.

- The client-side config file 'autoawaken.cfg' is now executed shortly after
a client has connected to the server. This allows player preferences such
as 'weap_note' and 'idtrap' to be set automatically.

- DM scoreboard sorting is now done so that spectators are listed at the end.

- Increased the momentum change applied to a player for their own C4 explosions.

- Spikes stuck in a player now drop to the floor properly if the player dies
  or quits the server.

- Players can now be caught and killed by their own traps if they get in the
way of the trap's hook when it fires.

- Trap hooks now damage dead bodies.

- Traps are now destroyed if they are tractor-beaming a player who quits the
  server.

- The BFG humming sound is now played when the player's current weapon is the
  Shock Rifle.

- Added new cvar: 'shock_live_time', which determines how long shockbolts
  last before expiring.

- Added new cvar: 'sv_rocket_kick_scale', which controls the scaling factor
applied to a victim's velocity change from a rocket's (or C4's) splash damage.

- Added new cvars for enabling/disabling certain powerups, and to allow voting
on them (the Beam Reflector, Environment Suit, Silencer and Rebreather).

- Votes that en/disable weapons and powerups now don't take effect until the
  next map is loaded.

- Grapple resources are now precached properly in worldspawn.

- Ammo types which are disabled are no longer given in bandoliers or
  backpacks (including Traps and C4).

- Performed various weapon behaviour tweaks and changes to default values.

- Fixed bug with the offhand grapple that would cause a server crash during
  the intermission.

- Fixed bug where Shock Rifle entities that were BFG entity subsitutes would
be removed if the DF_INFINITE_AMMO spawnflag was set.

- Fixed bug where the Desert Eagle, Jackhammer and Mac-10 would be brought up
twice if they ran out of ammo just as they needed reloading.

- Fixed bug with the Desert Eagle which could result in the player having -1
  bullets.

- Fixed bug which allowed players to throw C4s and Traps through surfaces
  (under a specific condition).

- Fixed bug where disabled items could still be picked up.

- Fixed bug where the weapon notification voice files were being played every
time the Desert Eagle, Jackhammer or Mac-10 were reloaded.

- Fixed bug where traps stuck to rotating entities would sometimes fail to
  engage their tractor-beams.

- Fixed bug where clients that didn't disconnect properly from a passworded
server would cause it to crash upon reconnecting.

- Fixed a func_rotating bug in 'ecdm1awak' which was causing damage to players
  who respawned at certain points.

- Performed various optimisations and code-tidying.

-----------------------

  chase-cam is now automatically deactivated.

- Teams' total scores are now logged to the console at end of team-games.

- Players' say_team messages are now logged to the console (with the prefix:
  "<name> -> team").

- Certain client commands are now disabled in Observer mode (eg. give, kill,
  noclip, etc).

- Slightly increased the range and speed of the flamethrower's fireballs.

- Increased the ignition radius for fireballs from 30 units to 40 units.

- Increased the damage radius for firebombs from 120 units to 150 units.

- Fixed it so that you can't ignite yourself with flames from your own
flamethrower (firebombs will still do the trick, though).

- Fixed bug where the small fire-drops created by the flamethrower could
float on liquids and keep burning.

- Fixed bug where fireballs could sometimes survive in shallow liquid.

- Fixed the viewmessages and angles for the turrets in 'awaken2_assault2'.

- Fixed an info_mission entity in 'awaken2_assault3' which targetted itself.
