=======================================================================

NOTE IF YOU ARE UPGRADING!!!! Make a backup of your MOCK_DAT.MDB file
before doing the installation! You will need to restore it after the install.

MOCK uses two database files: MOCK_REF.MDB and MOCK_DAT.MDB. The
MOCK_REF.MDB is a Microsoft Access database that contains information about
the WF weapons, grenades, special capabilities, etc. The application never
saves anything to this database. MOCK_DAT.MDB is the database that
stores all of your class information. By having two databases instead of
one, WFS can upgrade MOCK without overwriting your data.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1) If you are upgrading from a previous version of MOCK, copy your
   MOCK_DAT.MDB file to a temporary file like MOCK_DAT.BACKUP

2) Use the MOCK 1.3 Installation program to install the software

3) If you are upgrading from a previous version, copy your MOCK_DAT.BACKUP
   database over the MOCK_DAT.MDB file that was installed.

To test out the changes, you should download and install the WF server
software.

Thats it! Check the WF web site for all the instructions on how to use MOCK.

CHANGES - 1.4
=======================================

New Menu - Update
--------------------
There is a new menu item called Update. Within update, you can now edit
the MOCK reference tables. This includes Weapons, Grenades, Items and Special
abilities.

Note that this is ONLY usefull if you are also modifying the WF source code
to support the changes. If you are not changing the code, modifying these
tables will only cause you problems.

New Menu Item - File -> Save Unprotected
----------------------------------------
By default, class files are stored with simple encryption to offer mod authors
protection from other people using their class files. With this new option
in the Class Configuration screen, you can save the class files unprotected
as normal text that you can view in a text editor. Its only usefull to the
curious, or those who want to make a quick change right in the text file without
using MOCK. If you do make changes directly to the class fille, the changes
will NOT be available in the MOCK tool. You will have to import the class file
to make it work.
