Getting started:
The first time you run the program, you'll be prompted for
your information. Enter your own user name, your own password,
and set the IP to the IP of the machine running the server.
If you are running the server on the same machine, then the
IP would be 127.0.0.1. If not, contact your network
administrator for the required information. You may also use
the default (unclejohnny.dyndns.org) to connect to the current
official public internet server. However, this server is not
always up due to lack of funds. Feel free to make a donation
to the author to help with this if you have the urge to do so.

If you want to later change any of the options that you have
set on the first screen, you can go to File\Options in the menu
from the main program window.

Using the program:
After you have entered your required information on the initial
screen (you'll no longer be prompted for the information upon
starting the program now that you've entered it already), you'll
see an icon appear in your system tray. Click it once, and you'll
be in the main program window. There are a variety of options
here. Note that you can click the icon in the tray again to
minimize the program to the system tray again. Also note that if
you get a message while the program is minimized to the tray or
while you aren't looking at the window, the system tray icon will
animate to notify you of the message.

First, you'll want to establish your contact list. To do this,
you'll need the names of other users on the same server. If
you are on a local area network, you can simply ask them. Once
you have their name, click the "Edit list" button. You'll
notice the list that currently has "Admin" and "User" in it
is now editable. Go to the last line in the box and type in
the name of the person you want to contact, and then click
the "Done" button (which is currently in place of "Edit list").
After you've completed this procedure, click the "Update list"
button. If the person you want to contact is currently online,
they will appear in the "Online" box. If not, the box will
remain empty or with the name of any other online users in your
contact list. If you want to add more people to your list,
just follow this same process again with their name.

Next, you'll probably want to contact the person you see in
the "Online" window. Click their name to highlight it, and
then click down on the text box below the large "Messages"
window. Type what you want to say to the person, and hit
enter. They should see what you typed pop up in their
"Messages" window, and they can respond to you also if they
wish. It's as simple as that. If you want to send a message
to more than one person at a time, just click another name
in your "Online" box. You can have any number of selections.
This feature can function to create a chat-room-style
environment,

That should be all the information you need to get up and
running. If you have any questions or problems, please
contact the author of the program.
