Requirements:
- You'll probably have to download a few extra perl packages. Everything was
available in ubuntu's normal repositories, so I imagine Debian will have them
also. I'm *guessing* Fedora/whoever else will also, they're all pretty
common packages. If all else fails, use CPAN.

- To see what's required, check out the etqwadmin.pl's 'use' lines. That
should give you an idea of what to google for/download/install (i.e., I
did 'apt-cache search poe | grep perl').

Setting up:
- Edit etc/etqwadmin.cfg to your liking.
- Edit the relevant plugin files to your liking (specified in etqwadmin.cfg).
- Edit etqwadmin.sh to give it the basic options it needs to run.
- Run etc/add-user-to-users-file.pl, add a user to the file you specified
  in the config above.

Running:
- Try running etqwadmin.sh.
	./etqwadmin.sh
- Check log/etqwadmin.log for errors. If you're have a code error or are stuck
  let, me know: http://www.joyrex.net/etqwadmin/
