VIRTUAL i-O ANNOUNCES SPECIAL FREE SOFTWARE BUNDLE
AND CHANCE TO   WIN A REAL COMBAT FLIGHT EXPERIENCE

(Seattle, Washington) Virtual i.O(tm) is announcing two retail promotions
that are launching today.  Customers who purchase the Virtual i.glasses!(tm)
between now and March 15, 1996 at selected retailers: CompUSA
(800-COMPUSA), Fry s Electronics (415-496-6000), Doppler Computers 
(206-781-7000), or Nobody Beats the Wiz (800-253-0186) will also receive
for free, an additional $500 worth of game software. In addition, Virtual 
i.O(tm)
is sponsoring a contest that will allow a lucky person to win the ultimate
combat flight experience aboard a real plane.

Customers who purchase the highly awarded and acclaimed personal
computer (PC) version of the Virtual i.Glasses!(tm) from CompUSA,  Fry s
Electronics, Doppler Computers, or Nobody Beats the Wiz stores before
March 15, 1996 will receive a voucher for $500 worth of software that is
specially optimized for use with the Virtual i-glasses!(tm).  The software
bundle includes:
