Doom is only #11 according to the Internet PC Games Download
Top40. Doom has been as high as #1 on the Commercial Top100 charts, but
it's never been higher than #4 on the Download Top40. The most popular,
most addictive, most reverse engineered game in the history of planet
earth has never been higher than ... #4 ???
What are you going to do about it? Just sit around and take it?
Not necessarily. The Internet Download Top40 is based on votes from
thousands worldwide. Every game can be given up to five points by every
internet e-mail address on earth. All that's necessary is for every Doom
playing fool to send in a ballot to the automated Internet voting charts,
and our outrage will be registered. Doom can regain it's lost ground and
finally proclaim itself the king of games. You can vote for the shareware
version, the commercial version and Doom II all at once.
Send the following message with the subject of "votes" to
pcgames@worldcharts.nl You'll get a copy of the games charts sent
to you personally, as they appear in hundreds of web sites and magazines
worldwide.

5 Doom [1645]
5 Ultimate Doom [1386]
5 Doom 2 [1502]
