I've seen a couple of pages out there that offer tips for deathmatching, but
none seem particularly complete (and one asks for $$$), so...

Announcing the availablity of my strategy guide for Deathmatching.  With tips
on movement, weapon use, controller configs, and maybe a few things that all
the good players know, but don't always go out of their way to tell you.
