The Ultimate Music Patch for DOOM and DOOM2, v5.2b, has been released!
It is currently only available in the news group, "alt.binaries.doom".
It will soon be on ftp.cdrom.com, after uploading trouble is fixed.
5.2b replaces 5.2a and 5.2, which were corrupt uploads to cdrom.com.

The patch changes music in all 32 levels of DOOM2 and all 36 levels of
Doom. The Intermission, Doom2 Readme, and Doom1 Victory musics are
also replaced.

What's new since the last public release:
New in version 5.2b since 5.1 alpha
1 new song

New in 5.1 alpha since 5.0 alpha
Bug fixed: two songs on DOOM2 level 11 (only one played), none on
level 17.

New in 5.0 alpha since 4.5 public release
5 new songs
All songs moved to different levels. This means that you will no
longer get the same music on your favorite Deathmatch level, as it has
been moved to another level.
Split into 2 wads, one for DOOM/Ultimate DOOM and one for DOOM2/Final
Doom.
