Some new reviews have recently been added to my Doom Reviews for the
Recreational User. There are now 21 reviews. I don't claim any deep
Doom expertise but have tried to discuss the playability and
enjoyability from the point of view of the single-player user. See
http://www.idiom.com/~bilofsky/doom.htm

I must also abashedly admit that until stumbling across the "closing
credits" in Doom ][, I hadn't been able to dig up the official names
of all the Doom monsters, and couldn't tell a Hell Knight from a bad
night or a Cacodemon from a Cocoa Puff. So that no one else need
suffer this humiliation, I offer a scorecard of Doom monsters at
http://www.idiom.com/~bilofsky/doomglos.htm

Comments welcome. Enjoy.
