Here's the full list:
GOD              God mode - toggle
NOTARGET         Monsters will leave you alone, unless you shoot first
NOCLIP           Walk through walls
FLY              Fly!  Use C and D to fly up and down
IMPULSE 9        Gives all weapons, ammo, and keys
IMPULSE 255      Sets quad damage mode
MAP E1MX         Warp to level X
GIVE X           Gives you weapon number X
GIVE s X         x number of shells
GIVE r x         x number rockets
GIVE n x         nails
GIVE c x         cells
GIVE h x         health
