Files:
FAQ-GGI <- in case you have trouble with llggidoom
llggidoom <- Legacy 1.29beta12 (991122) for Linux GGI libc5
llxdoom <- Legacy 1.29beta12 (991122) for Linux X+OpenGL libc5
r_opengl.so <- OpenGL hardware renderer DLL
doom3.wad <- extra lumps for Legacy 1.29beta12
musserver <- musserver from xdoom-990125
llsndserv <- a modified sndserver for llxdoom

what's new in this release:
it is beta12

Options:

-opengl
  use OpenGL mode

-grabmouse
  use mouse in llxdoom

-mvert
enable mouse vertical movement in llxdoom

-res 640 400
set resolution of llxdoom to 640 400

-2, -3
  scaled to 2x,3x in llxdoom

-nosound
disable SFX "only"(it will disable SFX and music in xdoom)
use it if you don't have a soundcard.

-nomusic
  disable music

like dos Legacy:

-highcolor
use high color mode, I think it is broken...

-server <ooxx>
start as server with <ooxx> players

-connect 123.456.789.10
  connect to server 123.456.789.10

-ipx
  use ipx

Note:
with Voodoo1/2, FullScreen mode can cause problem,
if Legacy does not respond to keyboard and mouse,
it is because window switching behind the screen,
switch the window by hotkeys or Ctrl-Alt-BackSpace
   to kill Xwindow with Legacy.

If you have a 3DFX card like Voodoo1/2/3, you can get
Mesa with glide support and the Linux glide driver,
then 'export MESA_GLX_FX=f' for full screen, MESA_GLX_FX=w
   in a window.

Don't forget to put llsndserv/musserver in PATH or current dir

If Legacy crash at startup, try "-nosound -nomusic"

If you have both OPL3(SB) and MPU401,
never put both driver into kernel!!!

Due to bugs, cd audio is not supported yet.

   MesaGGI is not supported yet.

use "-nosound" if you don't have a soundcard.

If you don't have a 3D card, or your 3D card
does not support Linux, you will need a 1500MHz
P!!! or more for a CPU "accelerated" OpenGL...

About Doom(tm):
Doom, Ultimative Doom, Doom][ and Final Doom are trademarks of
id Software. While id released the sources, to allow work like
this get done, you still need to _purchase_ one of the Doom games
and you don't just copy it from a friend. A shareware IWAD file
for Doom 1 still is available on the Internet at 1000 places,
so use that if you don't wish to purchase a Doom game, to play
around with this.
