Another classic from '94, sequel to Serenity.wad. The companion
music-only Etermus.wad is highly recommended too.

E2M1 "From Here Till Eternity" 5:41
Magnificent architecture, perfect texture choice; all to the
mesmerizing Terminator soundtrack. Makes for a bit of a frantic
start, but everything will be OK if don't go bonkers till (hehe)
you grab the Supercharge.

E2M2 "The Fat Imp Sings Your Blues"	8:31
Quite a toughy, if played without a plan. It's easy to miss a zombie
or two in the maze, so some extra combing is due. To do the bridge
and avoid getting prematurely toasted, I had to take a (cautious)
route that the authors clearly didn't take into account; so some
visual weirdness reared its ugly head in that area when I doubled
back. The jazzy track nicely complements this map. There are no
secrets to be found.

E2M3 "Totally Crossed Out" 7:49
This is the level that was taken as the base for the review of
Eternity in "The Tricks of Doom Gurus" book, where it was nominated
one of the Top Five WADs (it was 1995). Extremely solid design,
characteristic of the authors' style, elegant and unaffected. The
rocking soundtrack compensates for the fact that the heat of the
battle subsides somewhat, compared to the first two maps.

E2M4 "Clear & Unpleasant Danger" 7:23
I'm still wondering who that Harrison the readme mentioned is. In
the initial stage, the short shells supply is the cause of much
handgunning.

E2M5 "Through The Eye Of The Needle"	9:18
A very nice level, big and blue; just the way I like 'em :). And
with the great soundtrack I could play this one for hours!

E2M6 "The Underground" 9:41
For some reason, this map took me the longest. I kept trying to do it
quick but kept dying and dying and dying, dangit. Probably that's why
this is my least favorite level in the series, though still quite
good.

E2M7 "Escape While You Can" 9:30
Here, belatedly, you get a chance to indulge your bloodthirsty side
and grab a chain saw. Quite easy, but having to backtrack several
times make it a long affair. No secret areas.

E2M8 "Serenity Forever" n/a (~ 9 min.)
Arrrghh! No weapons here, aside from the Sarges' shotguns and you
really have to WORK for them. Surviving the first chamber requires
either remarkable patience or sheer luck. Aided by the two, I did
it at last but can't say I'm proud of it. This one is a sleeper,
folks! I strongly recommend -timedemo'ing it :).
