This is almost another game. Some of the best design ever done for Doom.
The realism in the buildings and the mood that the levels create is probably the best that Doom has to offer.
These maps aren't meant to be compet-n-style rushed through -- they are meant to be explored and enjoyed. With that said, I think that demos are a great way to experience and see the level (while you have lunch!), so I made some for it.

All the levels have wonderful use of secrets and intricate map design. Mordeth really knows how to make an average-sized level seem huge. My only complaint with the levels would be that some of the jumps(and ledge-walking) are pretty hard to do for a regular player(like me!). (and that some of the secrets are near impossible to get without cheating with an editor)
Many of the maps: if you go too quickly, you may miss a monster or two.

Map01 -- Remember how Forsberg's Map01 of the 10sectors contest Megawad had simple design and was super short?
Well, this is nothing like that. ;)
I am still missing a secret. Too lazy to look for all 8! of them in an editor.
I include a 9:02 which misses the outside green armor secret.

Map02 -- Not much to say here either. Why go back to get the cacos? and why does that switch only let out one shotgun guy? Mordeth must have planned on adding to that area.

Map03 -- I miss the obvious secret in the main hall -- just forgot to get it.

Map04 -- Easy to miss a monster on here. This is one long and boring demo.

Map05 -- Wow, what crafty non-linear design. A real 'experience' level.
I think I miss a non-teleporting monster... but I am not sure.

Map06 -- Good ending to the episode. I like the fact that the Bosses aren't as hard as a Cyberdemon -- this is only episode one after all.
